Bock Development Group (BDG) is a real estate development company headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A sister company of the 70+ year-old construction company Ernest Bock & Sons, Inc., BDG is uniquely positioned to assemble strong construction teams, secure materials, and see projects through from start to successful completion. President
President and Founder of Bock Development Group, Tom Bock is a Philadelphia born and raised developer with more than 40 years of experience in construction and development projects across the Mid-Atlantic. He is also the President of Ernest Bock & Sons, which he helped grow from a small family business into one of the top 10 construction management firms in the area. Tom’s development experience includes everything from hotels to high-rise apartments and luxury residential developments. In addition to his business endeavors, Tom is a philanthropist who is involved with several of Philadelphia’s charitable organizations.

The Palmer

Bock Development Group and Cross Properties undertook a massive historical renovation to bring this stunning residential development in Wynnewood to life. The community, comprised of 110 luxury apartments, boasts unique floor plans and upscale amenities including a heated and outdoor salt water pool, a demonstration kitchen and private dining room, a slate patio for events, and an electric car charging station. The Palmer Apartments have been recognized by the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia and received the 2016 Significant Economic Impact Award.
